01. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the industrial equipment must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all protective seals intact, and in its original industrial crating.
02. Hazardous Material Compliance
Safety Notice: Per international shipping laws (IATA), any machinery that has been fueled or oiled is classified as Hazardous Material and cannot be returned for safety reasons. Please inspect all units before adding liquids.
03. Transit Damage & Defects
If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and take photos. Contact cs@cutaw.com within 48 hours. For confirmed defective products:
- We provide a 100% Full Refund or Replacement.
- We cover all return shipping costs.
04. Change of Mind Returns
For non-defective returns (where the customer simply changed their mind):
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (Zero Fee).
- Original Shipping: The initial flat shipping fee (USD $150.00) is non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and re-importation duties back to Bandung, Indonesia.
05. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we will process your refund. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
