Global Industrial Sales & Operational Agreement

Welcome to Cutaw. This website and mobile application are operated by CUTAW STORE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cutaw. By placing an order with CUTAW STORE, accessing, or purchasing from our platform, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All transactions are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please read this operational agreement carefully before accessing our platform or placing an order.

1. Order Acceptance & Payments

1.1 Verified Channels: We process payments exclusively through secure, verified channels (PayPal and Credit Cards). Your order will only be dispatched once the full payment has been cleared by our financial institution.
1.2 Eligibility & Security: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country of residence to make purchases. You are fully liable for all transactions and orders placed under your secure account credentials.

2. Logistics & Operational Standards

2.1 Shipping & Risk (DAP): Delivery is made on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Risk of loss or physical damage passes completely to the buyer once the product leaves our inspection facility and is officially handed over to the international carrier.
2.2 Customs & Compliance: Buyers hold sole legal responsibility for ensuring that the ordered machinery or equipment complies with local country import laws and tariff codes. Any transit delays, documentation blockages, or seizures by customs authorities are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
2.3 Order Cancellation & Fees: Orders can only be canceled within a strict window of 12 hours from placement. Once our comprehensive 12-point technical diagnostic and inspection process begins at our hub, any requested cancellations are subject to a restocking and handling fee.
2.4 Force Majeure: Cutaw is not legally liable for extended transit windows or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, flight delays, customs backlog queues, bad weather, or global logistics strikes.

3. Liability & Industrial Warranty

3.1 Rigorous Testing: All industrial machinery and technical equipment are sold as described. We guarantee every single unit undergoes a rigorous 12-point testing and inspection process at our hub before final shipment.
3.2 Mandatory Professional Installation: Due to the highly specialized nature of industrial machinery, professional installation by a certified technician is mandatory. Cutaw is not liable for equipment failures resulting from improper or uncertified setup.
3.3 Exclusion of Liability: CUTAW STORE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or operational downtime) arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.

4. Returns, Refused Orders & Refund Adjustments

4.1 Return Window: For wrong, defective, or incomplete products, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. Returns must be in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition in original packaging.
4.2 Hazardous Material Exclusions: Under international aviation and maritime transport safety regulations, any machinery that has been filled with fuel, oil, or any hazardous fluids is completely ineligible for return.
4.3 Deductions for Abandoned/Refused Orders: If you fail to respond to the carrier, refuse delivery, or refuse to pay local import taxes upon arrival, the package returns to origin. Any eligible refund will exclude initial shipping, return shipping, payment gateway fees, customs duties, restocking fees (up to 20%), and local customs VAT.

5. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and all transaction operations are governed exclusively by the laws of Indonesia. Any legal disputes or claims arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
