Packaging Restrictions
In accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization norms and standards, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquefied gases, oxidizing substances, and flammable solids are subject to packaging restrictions based on volume. Your order will be split into multiple packages if it contains such items.

The courier company typically handles customs procedures. If a shipment is held in customs due to a lack of required documents/declarations/permits or government certificates from the 'Importer of Record':
- If the 'Importer of Record' fails to provide the required documents and the product is subsequently seized by customs, Cutaw will not issue a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise you to prepare in advance and submit relevant documents when requested by customs.
- If the shipment is returned to our warehouse due to missing/incomplete documents from the customer's side, a refund will only be issued minus the return shipping costs. Initial shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
Once a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the respective courier company will contact the customer to arrange delivery:
If the customer fails to respond, refuses to accept delivery, or refuses to pay applicable duties and taxes upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to the country of origin.
Customers can file a refund claim for these cases. If eligible under the Cutaw Return Policy, the refund will exclude shipping fees, customs duties, gateway fees, restocking fees, and customs VAT (if applicable). These costs will be deducted from the total price of the affected items.
If the shipment is not returned or the product is undeliverable, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
