At CUTAW STORE, we provide straightforward and transparent shipping solutions. Every order undergoes a 1–3 business day technical inspection at our main fulfillment hub in Bandung, Indonesia, before being dispatched to your global destination.
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
To ensure timely delivery, we adhere to the following schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (WIB / GMT+7). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (Excluding Indonesian National Holidays).
- Handling & Inspection Time: 1 - 3 Business Days.

3. Transparent Flat-Rate Shipping
We provide guaranteed fixed shipping rates for each product category, visible at the final checkout stage. Secure tracking numbers are issued via email as soon as the package leaves our facility.
4. International Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are delivered on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The international buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or local customs clearance fees required by their destination country's regulations.
