2. Hazardous Material Compliance
International Safety Regulation: Due to international aviation and maritime transport laws, machinery that has been filled with fuel, oil, or any hazardous fluids is strictly ineligible for return. Please inspect all industrial machinery thoroughly before adding any fluids.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be in New, Uninstalled, and Resaleable condition.
- Original retail packaging, technical manuals, and all included accessories must be returned.
- Electrical components or diagnostic tools with opened security seals or signs of installation are completely non-returnable.
4. Refund Processing
Once the return package is received and successfully passes our strict technical inspection at our main hub in Bandung, Indonesia, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the customer's original payment method.
